It’s much easier to tackle those New Year’s resolutions with a clear head and balanced chakras—which is why the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, in partnership with lululemon, is offering a complimentary meditative yoga class on the winter solstice.

On the longest night of the year (Dec. 21, 2018) guests can enjoy a 60-minute guided meditation and yoga session led by Greg and Celine Go, ambassadors at lululemon Fashion Show Mall. Each guest will receive a complimentary gift from Silver Post with a moonstone or sunstone bracelet and sage. (Moonstone signifies new beginnings and flow of life, sunstone independence and leadership, while sage helps to remove negativity.)

After class, yogis can enjoy a glass of wassail, a hot mulled cider drink, or PRESS lounge’s Warm Winter’s Night cocktail, consisting of apple, cinnamon and cloves with brandy and Grand Marnier.

Additionally, the spa will offer a series of winter solstice mini-rituals from Dec. 17-23, 2018, including the 25-minute Intention Massage, with warm oil, sage, juniper and cedarwood to cleanse the body and spirit; the 25-minute Shortest Day facial, including manuka honey balm, a pumpkin puree mask and facial massage; and the New Beginning manicure, a gingerbread-scented service with an aromatic soak, nail maintenance and a moisturizing massage.
