VISTA, Calif -- Intentional Wellness Brands (IWB), which consists of industry-leading wellness brands, is continuing to grow its dedicated business development function and expand the company's reach into new markets and emerging wellness verticals. Christina Stratton has been appointed as the Vice President of Business Development to lead IWB into its next phase of growth.
With this newly created role, Stratton will focus on expansion across the IWB portfolio, which includes Earthlite, Living Earth Crafts, Continuum and TARA Spa Therapy. The creation of this role reflects IWB’s continued growth and its focus on expanding into new markets and emerging wellness verticals while continuing to grow within the spa and hospitality space. In her new role, Stratton will lead IWB’s expansion into emerging verticals, focusing on longevity, concierge medicine, and touchless wellness technology. This will open new channels and markets across the portfolio, alongside IWB’s continued growth in the spa and hospitality space it has always called home.
Stratton has more than 20 years leading and scaling experience-driven brands across wellness, hospitality and consumer products, as well as a track record as a multi-exit founder. Stratton brings a rare combination of strategic foresight and operational depth. Her background spans financial acumen, marketing and brand strategy, sales leadership and experiential innovation, giving her a full-spectrum understanding of what it takes to build brands that don’t just perform, but resonate and connect those brands and products to what markets and customers need.
“Christina brings exactly what this next chapter of IWB needs, sharp business instincts across every function that matters, real relationships across our existing vertical markets, the energy and vision to identify trends and needs of new markets, the strategic presence to open doors that move the company forward, and the integrity and ethics that have propelled not only her successful career across multiple industries but earned her a stellar reputation with everyone she has worked with. She’s going to grow our footprint and elevate how we compete,” said Rod Derifield, CEO of Intentional Wellness Brands.
