The skin care industry is ready for the fastly approaching summer. Some of the latest industry news include new bundles from Image and Knesko, and a new partnership for LaFlore Live Probiotic.

Image Skincare Post-Treatment Kits

Image Skincare Post-Treatment Kits are three clinically-tested skin care systems that are designed for use after professional in-salon treatments such as injectables, chemical peels, lasers and more to prolong results and take out the guesswork when it comes to at-home skin care.

Recovery ($150): Provides comfort for sensitive skin and is ideal for use after chemical peels when the skin needs extra gentle care. Post Injectables ($213): Curated with ingredients to plump and protect skin and help support the results of injectables. Products include Biome+ cleansing comfort balm, Biome+ dew bright serum, Image MD restoring recovery eye gel, Vital C hydrating repair crème and the new Daily Prevention pure mineral hydrating moisturizer SPF 30

Knesko Skin Gold Repair Body Collection includes advanced clinical body cream and serum and signature collagen masks for hands and feet. Featuring a highly potent combination of dermatologist-tested ingredients, Knesko's skin care for the body can be seamlessly integrated into a spa’s menu in body treatment, massage and facial enhancements, nail and salon services and lounge experiences. The products feature Advanced Age-Defying Complex, a powerful cocktail of peptides to improve visible signs of aging and gold, which acts as a delivery system that magnifies the potency of the peptides.

LaFlore Live Probiotic Skincare x 360 Methold Oncology Esthetics and Skincare Treatments

LaFlore Live Probiotic Skincare has been selected for the "360 Method Oncology Esthetics and Skincare Treatments" training and certificate program, aimed at advancing the knowledge and skills of estheticians in oncology esthetics. The "360 Method Oncology Esthetics and Skincare Treatments" training offers estheticians the opportunity to earn 6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) while delving into advanced oncology esthetics treatment methods.

Participants will gain insight into the use of live probiotics, prebiotics, and probiotic extracts to nourish, replenish, and balance the skin's microbiome. Moreover, they will develop a comprehensive understanding of the human microbiome and its connection to supporting clients going through oncology treatments. Upon completion of the program, estheticians will possess the skills to perform nine safe Oncology Skincare Treatments and earn an Oncology Esthetics Certificate.

This specialized branch of skin care focuses on adapting techniques and ingredients to cater to clients with a history of cancer or currently undergoing treatment. By learning oncology skincare treatments, estheticians can offer compassionate care to clients experiencing side effects of anti-cancer therapies. The training curriculum covers a range of topics, including facial massage integration with acupressure techniques, the use of tools such as Kansa Wands, Gua Sha, Face Rollers and LED Phototherapy, as well as the integration of hand, foot, and scalp rituals into various service offerings
