Woodhouse Spa
DENVER - Woodhouse Spa, a luxury spa franchise known for
transformative wellness and self-care experiences, announced the promotion of Ariel Clay from Chief Operating Officer to President.
Clay is a franchise executive with a proven record of driving growth. She will now lead the brand's overall vision, operational standards across its locations,
financial performance, and franchise network expansion.
“Woodhouse has built a strong foundation, and my focus now is on accelerating sustainable growth from it,” said Clay. “That means strengthening franchisee success, evolving the brand through strategic innovation and operational excellence, and staying closely attuned to what today's luxury wellness consumer expects. Together with our franchise partners and team members, we will build on our momentum and reinforce Woodhouse's position as a leader in luxury wellness.”
Clay served as Woodhouse's Chief Operating Officer for more than two years. During that time, she strengthened the systems, partnerships, and business strategies behind the brand's continued growth.
“Ariel has already made a meaningful impact on Woodhouse and our franchise network, and this promotion reflects that,” said Ben Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Radiance Holdings. “She pairs strategic vision with operational expertise and a deep understanding of the franchisee experience. Ariel knows how to drive sustainable growth without compromising the elevated guest experience that sets Woodhouse apart, and I’m confident she will lead the brand and our franchise partners into its next phase of growth and innovation.”
