Face Reality has selected 15 estheticians for its 2023 Ambassador Program, awarding the winners the opportunity to test new products, provide input on Face Reality’s acne education program and benefit from focused support from Face Reality as they help each ambassador grow their respective businesses.
The group was also celebrated in an onboarding event and photoshoot at the brand's headquarters in Danville, California.

The 15 winning ambassadors include Cara Dempsey, Cecia Ferrin, Houston Beth, Kennedy Folmar, Michael Razzano, Ali Acosta, Morgan Rackley, Savanna Boda, Jillian Schaeffer, CJ Williams, Molly Markland, Maddie Tamshiro, Zaida Gordon, Samantha Neidfeldt and Nicole LaCroix.
The Ambassador Program received more than 250 applications for the opportunity to spread the knowledge and education that Face Reality offers. During the onboarding event, the winning estheticians filmed a series of educational panels that were shared with Face Reality's Certified Acne Expert. Topics for the panels include treating acne virtually, growing a business, work-life balance, client coaching, mental health awareness and tips for success.
