[MIAMI] — As the global medspa industry continues its rapid expansion, projected to reach $78.23 billion by 2033, ALEXIS LAUREN, the luxury medspa brand specializing in personalized aesthetic treatments and skin care, is setting its sights on the Austin and Dallas markets in Texas for franchise growth.

Medspas have been a major throughline in the converging wellness and beauty markets, as consumers discover that there are noninvasive solutions to achieve the aesthetic results they want, and developing technologies and techniques have paved the way for preventative aesthetics, so individuals can transition through their longevity journeys more elegantly.

ALEXIS LAUREN prides itself on its simplified, results-driven approach to medical aesthetics and its elevated sense of hospitality and has identified the demand for high-end aesthetic and spa experiences in Austin and Dallas as a natural fit for the brand. Both cities host affluent, wellness-driven communities and serve as hubs for strong entrepreneurial activity.

“Austin and Dallas represent everything ALEXIS LAUREN looks for in a market: culture, growth and a community that values luxury, wellness and intentional self-care,” says Alexis Renda, founder and CEO of ALEXIS LAUREN. “These are cities where our brand’s elevated approach to aesthetics and personalized care will truly resonate, and we’re excited to explore opportunities to expand into Texas.”

From a more long-term standpoint, the plan is to explore other Texan markets after Austin and Dallas, with ALEXIS LAUREN identifying Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth as other high-potential markets.

“These markets are not just about expansion, they’re about alignment,” notes Jen Allers, director of franchise development at ALEXIS LAUREN. “We are looking to connect with visionary partners who understand the importance of personalized service, thoughtful growth and elevated hospitality. Our goal is to scale in a way that protects the quality and reputation of the ALEXIS LAUREN experience.”

In moving into these new markets, ALEXIS LAUREN is seeking franchise partners  that share the brand's dedication to community-centered luxury wellness in medical aesthetics. In working with the brand, partners benefit from:

  • Strong unit economics, including an average unit volume (AUV) of $1.89 million
  • Comprehensive, end-to-end franchise playbook, including training, marketing, operational support and guidance in securing a medical director
  • Holistic “Beauty Collective” model, where services work together to create a seamless client experience, drive repeat business and support scalable growth
  • Entry into one of the fastest-growing categories in beauty and wellness

More information on partnering with ALEXIS LAUREN can be found on the brand's website.
