
The International Spa Association announced its new officers for the 2025 Board of Directors. ISPA’s Board will be chaired by Kenneth Ryan, chief longevity officer at The Estate who has served as director on the Executive Committee since 2022. Charlotte Prescott will serve as vice-chair. Prescott is the director of spa at Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena Hotel. Previously, she served as secretary/treasurer and has been a director since 2022. Taylor Fields will be stepping up as secretary/treasurer, being the corporate director of spa, wellness and retail at PCH Hotels and Resorts. Fields has been a member of the ISPA board since 2023.
Ryan, Prescott and Fields begin their one-year terms immediately and will serve through the 2026 conference. Together, they bring a combined 57 years of ISPA membership to their roles. Kelleye Martin will be transitioning to the role of past chair. Currently, she is the spa director at Trellis, The Spa at The Houstonian in Houston, Texas, and has served on the ISPA Board since 2018. Ryan, Prescott and Fields serve alongside names like Christian Davies of Mii amo/Enchantment Resort, Kelly Gasspari-Fleming of The Waldorf Astoria Chicago Spa and Health Club and Jessica Wadley of Oakworks, Inc.

It’s managed by Associations International and is globally recognized as the leading professional organization for the spa industry. ISPA was founded in 1991, providing educational and networking opportunities, increased exposure to different types of valuable spa industry experience and guidance in professional development.
