FarmHouse Fresh has elevated their organic product standards by obtaining a NSF/ANSI 305 standard certification for its Organics Collection.

The recently-debuted FarmHouse Fresh Organics Collection of bath, body and face products have all been certified with this standard. The certification is processed through Quality Assurance International (QAI), which assures that the product contains 95% organic ingredients and has a label that specifically identifies organic and non-organic ingredients.

“While labeling of all personal care products is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the FDA has yet to regulate ‘organic’ claims,” says FarmHouse Fresh CEO Shannon McLinden. “This allows brands which have not met the requirements to be officially considered ‘organic’ to misleadingly label their products without consequence.”
