Urban Float, a nationwide floatation spa franchise, will be opening its fourth location in Seattle. Rivaling the size of many float spas in the area, the spa will be a 4,000 ft2 facility with nine float pods for guests.
This is all part of Urban Float’s strategy to expand in the area and broaden their brand’s base. Currently there are 15 signed franchise agreements for 2017 and plans to open an additional 4 to 6 location in the upcoming years.
When asked where does he see the company expanding, Urban Float chairman, Scott Swerland, said, “as we continue to expand throughout Washington, our next targeted market is California, more specifically tackling the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego and Los Angeles.”
