Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay has announced the debut of The Spa at Sunny Day on July 23, 2017, on the Chinese island of Hainan.
Designed by Belgian architect Jean-Michel Gathy, the Chinese-style spa consists of a main building with an open-air courtyard and eight freestanding villas. Each villa is equipped with a couple’s treatment room, a freestanding tub, a foot treatment room, a shower and a daybed. The main spa building features an additional four treatment rooms, two feet treatment rooms and a lounge for guests.
Treatments at the spa will use select products from Eve Lom and Natura Biss and incorporates traditional Chinese practices and modern spa techniques for result-driven treatments.
