ISPA Announces 2026 Board of Directors

[LEXINGTON, Ky.] Dec. 15, 2025The International SPA Association (ISPA) is excited to announce the 2026 ISPA Board of Directors. 

ISPA 2026 will be empowering spa professionals with insight from industry experts on optimizing retailing strategies and leveraging AI for better client experiences.  

ISPA welcomes three newly elected directors and two board members returning for a second term. Each elected candidate will serve their three-year term beginning at the ISPA Conference held March 31–April 2, 2026.

“The ISPA Board of Directors is key to driving our mission forward and inspiring fresh, creative growth in the spa industry," says Lynne McNees, ISPA president. "We can’t wait for our new directors to lend their voices to an already incredibly talented Board."

The 2026 ISPA Board of Directors

ISPA welcomes:

  • Katlyn Hatcher, Natura Bissé International

  • Christina Quinn, Geneo / Glo2Facial

  • Deirdre Strunk, Viva Day Spa + Med Spa

ISPA welcomes back:

  • Taylor Fields, PCH Hotels and Resorts

  • Jennifer Holzworth, Montage International

Each new board member was selected from a slate of candidates through an extensive nomination and interview process that evaluated individuals on their industry expertise, leadership experience and commitment to advancing ISPA’s mission.

Continuing to serve their respective terms in 2026 alongside the newly elected directors are: Christian Davies, CG Funk, Kelly Gasspari-Fleming, Brisa Huezo, Ella Kent, Jana Koebrick, Kelleye Martin, Delia McLinden, Charlotte Prescott, Kenneth Ryan, Jessica Shea and Jessica Wadley.
