1. Four Seasons Hotel Washington

This Four Seasons resort underwent a complete transformation that puts a focus on nature. The new spa offers an immersive experience seldom found in the heart of Georgetown and is further set apart by Mind Sync technology, a feature that synchronizes brainwaves, inducing a deep state of relaxation and mental clarity.

The spa now features a dedicated couples massage area with a luxurious deep soaking bathtub for two, a chic co-ed lounge offering a special dining menu and an upgraded swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy additional new services in the treatment rooms, including the IonixLight Facial.

2. Park Hyatt Milano'

Park Hyatt's new AQVAM Spa in Milano is an urban spa conceived as an oasis of pure relaxation in the city center, dedicated to the care of body and mind. The Spa was developed with Beautick, a hair and makeup brand founded and directed by Beppe D'Elia.

The hotel also hosts a Beppe D'Elia Hair Jewellery salon. The salon offers a wide range of hair care services through personalized treatments in a unique and sophisticated environment and, in addition to this, includes a collection of jewelry designed both for everyday use and for the red carpet or celebratory events, made of 18k vermeil with a silver core. The new urban Spa and the hair salon allow guests access to a steam room, a jacuzzi with golden mosaic, a fitness center and massage cabins.

AQVAM Spa powered by Beautick has also introduced the latest in beauty and technology with Endothermic Skin Technology, state-of-the-art endothermic machinery in the field of wellness and beauty. With natural energy and a non-invasive approach, Endothermic is based on the emission of far infrared that have a vasodilator action and stimulates cellular metabolism, improving microcirculation to combat all skin imperfections caused by cellulite and localized fat.

The five spa treatments include three for the face and two for the body, lasting 30, 60 or 90 minutes: Jet Lag, Hydra Glow, Hydra Lift, Relax Dren Ritual, Slim Tonic Ritual. The spa also offers exclusive face and body treatments with Onavì products.

3. Park Hyatt Changsha

Park Hyatt Changsha marks the debut of the Park Hyatt brand in China's Hunan capital.

It houses 230 modern rooms, including 24 suites with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The natural beauty of Hunan's Zhangjiajie National Forest Park inspired the timber slats and sage green palette, and the spacious rooms include a lounge area and walk-in-wardrobe. For the ultimate indulgence, guests may opt for the 2,884-square-foot Presidential Suite, which features a capacious living space, dining room, study area, kitchen, and gym.

"We are excited to introduce the Park Hyatt brand to Changsha and Hunan," says Albert Hong, general manager, Park Hyatt Changsha. "With Park Hyatt Changsha, we aim to provide a luxurious haven that redefines exemplary service, offering a personalized stay, sophisticated art and design, exceptional culinary options, and memorable events to our guests."

Guests looking to exercise can swim laps in the 82-foot heated pool fashioned from 250-million-year-old Valser quartzite from the Swiss Alps or kick back on the cabana-style loungers. Alternatively, they can choose to work out in the 24-hour fitness center fitted with the latest cardio and strength equipment by US-based Life Fitness.

Within the changing rooms, guests will find two facilities that are a first for the region. In the laconium, the walls, floor, and loungers are heated, and Himalayan brine salt is diffused into the air for respiratory and dermal health. In the herbal sauna, meanwhile, eucalyptus and ylang-ylang leaves are suspended over a stone heater to provide aromatherapy.

Elsewhere, guests will discover heated loungers overlooking the cityscape; a vitality pool with submerged air-bubble seats, hydro jets and swan neck massagers for muscle stimulation – and experience showers featuring strategically positioned body jets for hydro massage and an option for scented cold mist to leave guests refreshed and invigorated.
