Conceptualized by Subhash Chandra, chairman of the India-based Essel Group (also known as “The Father of Indian Television”), YO1 offers six individualized wellness pathways, ranging from 3-10 days, designed for detox and revitalization. They include:

  • Detox and Rejuvination (3 days),
  • Weight Management (5 days),
  • Pain Management (5 days),
  • Relax & De-stress (3 days),
  • Lifestyle Management (10 days) and
  • Explore YO1 (Day Guest).

YO1’s 68,000 sq. ft. facilities are inspired by earth, air, fire and water. They include 36 multi-use therapy rooms; six acupuncture rooms; six mud therapy rooms; more than 40 hydrotherapy rooms; a physiotherapy room; eight yoga rooms including a Grand Yoga Hall; and a 5,000 sq. ft. indoor pool with reflexology walkways and hot tub. The 200-seat indoor theater hosts leading wellness and nutrition practitioners.

The 131 rooms and suits include king and double king accommodations, along with one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations with private massage rooms, steam showers and balconies.

YO1’s Showcase Kitchen hosts cooking classes to teach guests healthy cooking and clean eating habits, while the restaurant offers cuisine which supports customized nutrition programs. The Ayurvedic meals, influenced by India, feature organic, sustainably-sourced grains, oils, raw fruits and vegetables. Dining options also include a Tea Café and Juice Bar.
