Skin care isn't always about the topicals you are putting on your face, although that is a BIG contributor. If we've learned anything with the continuously growing wellness movement, it's that skin care comes from the inside out. There are products out there that are just as important and can make a huge different in your skin health. I wanted to gather a list of my favorite non-skin care skin care products to share and highlight.

If we've learned anything with the continuously growing wellness movement, it's that skin care comes from the inside out. There are products out there that are just as important and can make a huge different in your skin health. I wanted to gather a list of my favorite non-skin care skin care products to share and highlight.
1. Eye Mask
A good night's sleep is so important for skin health. I always find that I can get a more sound night's sleep when I'm wearing my eye mask. More specifically, the NuCalm Premium Eye Mask is perfect at not only blocking out the light, but it's unique shape protects my lashes from getting squashed while I sleep. https://store.nucalm.com
2. Water Bottle
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a Stanley girl. There is something about those cups that makes drinking water so easy, BUT I have found a new water bottle obsession recently. The Vitajuwel inu! Crystal Blossom Rose water bottle has been my go-to. Its non-toxic, lead-free and chemically unreactive glass makes the water I drink out of it pure and uncontaminated, which is a huge win. It's also filled with crystals that never touch the water and help to open the mind. www.vitajuwel.us
3. Pillowcase
Not washing or cleaning your pillowcase can be detrimental to having clean and healthy skin. I've recently fallen in love with the Eucalypso Pillowcase Set because it not only has a dreamy soft texture (making them perfectly gentle on the skin), but it has cooling technology. I am a hot sleeper, so having a pillowcase that stays cool and dry throughout the night makes a big difference. https://eucalypsohome.com
4. Natural Caffeine
This one could be in my head, but as a dry skin girly, I tend to notice when I'm drinking a lot of coffee my skin feels more dry. I did find that the Rookie Wake Energy & Mood Support supplement gives me that caffeine boost without the damage to my skin. Not only does this taste delicious (like strawberries), but the caffeine is derived from green tea, which is way better for my hormones (another skin boost). www.rookiewellness.com
