COSTA MESA, Calif. -- Perspire Sauna Studio recently opened its 100th studio in Del Mar, Calf. It marks a milestone for the franchise, which is celebrating 16 years in operation, with five million sessions completed.

Perspire was founded in 2010 and began franchising in 2018. It has expanded its footprint across more than 27 states. It blends modern innovation and ancient wellness traditions. The brand has been able to grow because of its loyal member base and move toward sustainable, ritual-based self-care.
Perspire Sauna Studio offers red-light therapy and full-spectrum infrared sauna. The results is a space where guests can relax, reset and recharge in private, spa-like suites. Perspire launched SNØ Showers in 2024. The contrast therapy experience is designed to restore and invigorate by complementing infrared heat, with a 45-degree Fahrenheit cold rainfall shower.
Perspire was ranked No. 1 in the sauna category on Entrepreneur’s 2026 Franchise 500® list. The company has awarded more than 280 franchise licenses and new studios are slated to open in California, Connecticut, Washington, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Florida, North Carolina and Kentucky.
