Vagaro has officially launched Connect by Vagaro, the platform’s two-way communication capability designed to help professionals strengthen relationships with clients and enhance collaboration with team members. Connect is an extension of Vagaro’s business management software, which enables two-way chat, both for clients and team members, through Vagaro Pro on desktop and the downloadable Connect app on mobile.

Connect by Vagaro was developed to address a persistent challenge within the salon and spa industries. Professionals in these sectors frequently resort to using their personal phone numbers for communication with existing and prospective clients, as well as for collaboration with team members and staff.
Now, Connect allows professionals to keep all client communications organized on a dedicated business line, and easily turn conversations into conversions by enabling them to text an appointment link that goes directly into a service provider’s calendar. Providers can also efficiently access customer notes and message history within Connect.
