GLO30, a doctor-founded subscription-based skin care studio, has announced that Artemis Benedetti is their new director of franchise operations. Benedetti will play a key role in helping GLO30 transform its successful model into training programs and guides for franchisees. She will also provide support to franchisees from onboarding post-deal signing to guiding them through their initial grand opening, along with growing their community impact through memberships.

Before joining GLO30, Artemis served as the chief operations officer for Jabz Boxing, where she played a crucial role in the brand’s expansion. She was also in operational leadership for the boutique fitness company [solidcore], working directly with studios to support the launch of new locations, optimizing overall business operations, boosting revenue and collaborating with sustainable partners for growth.
In 2023, GLO30 partnered with Fransmart, a global franchising leader specializing in growing emerging brands, subsequently opening a new location in Orlando, Florida, owned and operated by long-time GLO30 member Dr. Aparna Sharma.
"Artemis’s strategic vision and operational prowess have been instrumental in the success of other well-known wellness brands, and her arrival at GLO30 signifies exciting growth for us as well,” said GLO30 founder Dr. Arleen Lamba. “With her on our corporate team, we are poised to not only lead our franchisees to success but also elevate the GLO30 membership experience even further.”
“Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to help grow purpose-driven wellness brands that make a lasting impact on their communities. So, joining GLO30 at the cusp of its explosive growth is a natural fit for me” said Benedetti. “I see exponential growth for GLO30, not only from their high-profile franchisee network but also from the visionary leadership of Dr. Lamba.”
