The St. Regis Bal Harbour in Miami is celebrating its 10th anniversary by introducing a new spa concept. The St. Regis Spa refresh features an all-new menu of luxury treatments and wellness experiences, with 12 treatment rooms, a whirlpool, sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge. The 14,000 square-foot spa's contemporary design pays homage to the original Iridium Room at The St. Regis New York.

Spa services include massages, facials and body treatments from the Caroline Astor Collection and Wellness Collection using products from brands including Sothys, Omorovicza and Intraceuticals.
One standout offering is the 24K Gold Wrap, a 90-minute treatment exclusive to The St. Regis Bal Harbour Spa, that relaxes and reconnects the mind and body while leaving skin hydrated and luminous. The experience starts with a full-body exfoliation using a golden sugar scrub, followed by a gentle scalp massage, cleansing mask and hydro massage to warm and detoxify the skin and relax the mind.
The Spa’s couples’ treatment rooms include a two-person soaking tub, private rain showers and separate treatment areas. Another standout, the Four Elements Couples Journey is a 90-minute dual treatment that includes a personal consultation, full body exfoliation hydro bath, and a back and scalp massage that uses CBD to target inflammation, nourish the skin and promote deep relaxation.
