Iredale Mineral Cosmetics welcomed nearly 60 international distribution partners from over 50 countries to their conference, themed ‘Feed, Fortify, Finish.’ The theme set the tone for learning, growing and sharing among the participants. The seven day conference focused on brand experience, marketing, product innovation, overcoming challenges in the marketplace, product promotions, digital influences, team-building exercises and a motivational speaker.
“Our visitors love seeing our headquarters in Great Barrington and how much our area influences all that we do,” said the company’s founder Jane Iredale. “They work so hard, so we like to include some fun time among all of the informational sessions. It’s important they go back with happy memories and feel part of our family.”
