“ISPA is honored to form the 'Get Your Dream Job' campaign with the Beauty Changes Life Foundation,” said Lynne McNees, president of ISPA. “With the spa industry’s continual growth, careers in the business offer stability and opportunity. This campaign will spread the message about the benefits of working in spas and attract job seekers looking for promising careers.”
ISPA has also commissioned PwC to conduct an industry research study to analyze recruitment, retention and engagement of professionals in the spa and salon fields. The outcome will be revealed in the first quarter of 2018.
“Spa professionals represent the convergence of beauty and wellness services as they apply their skills and knowledge to help individuals look and feel better,” said Lynelle Lynch, president of the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation. “This partnership with ISPA raises awareness of the diverse and rewarding career paths open to licensed beauty and wellness professionals.”
