The Seven Seas Cruise line will be introducing the Serene Spa & Wellness to all of its ships by early 2020.

Regent Seven Seas Cruise is introducing a globally-inspired spa brand, Serene Spa & Wellness, that will offer treatments influenced by many of the destinations on the cruise. Its initial launch is debuting on the Seven Seas Explorer on Dec. 7 2019.

Integrating techniques from all over the world, Serene Spa & Wellness will offer massages, manicures, pedicures, Elemis facial therapies and Kérastase salon services. Some of the cruise destination influenced itineraries include, the Mediterranean-inspired Regent Massage, the United Kingdom-inspired Calming Rose Facial and the South Paific-inspired Regent Manicure and Pedicure.

The Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Splendor will also have a Serene Spa & Wellness Hydrothermal suite that hosts a multi-sensory aromatherapy steam room, infrared sauna, chill room and experiential showers.

Aside from spa services, guests will also have the opportunity to partake in fitness classes and personal training, yoga, Pilates, meditation and wellness shore excursion tours. Additionally, certain restaurants will offer Serene Spa & Wellness Selections, which incorporate healthy, nutritious food options to their menus.
