Veteran spa brand Columbia Skincare has appointed Colette Brown as its new director of education. Brown is a licensed esthetician with certifications in advanced skincare procedures and several years of industry experience. She holds a BA in education, is a certified holistic practitioner through the Kessler Institute and is a licensed phlebotomist as well.
Brown's experience in the latest noninvasive antiaging procedures fosters her passion for skin care and wellness for her clientele. Her holistic approach to skin therapy combines years of scientific and wellness research with extensive education and training on how the body and skin work inside and out. She combines her understanding of the healing benefits topical probiotics with her unique industry experience and high procedural standards.
In her new role, Brown will lead Columbia Skincare's Professional Products Division in creating educational materials, assist R&D in testing new products, and oversee education and treatment protocol training for the brand’s professional channel and Sales Division. She's currently developing several new treatment protocols that take the skin's microbiome into account.
Based in Beverly Hills, California, Brown is supported by her two lovely daughters and the family dog, Otis.
