Spavia has announced the appointment of Courtney Allison as the company's chief operating officer. As COO, Allison will play an important role in supporting the company's vision, educating Spavia franchisees through comprehensive training, efficient field operations and meaningful communication and cultivating a franchise system culture that values operational excellence, strong guest relationships and community-focused philanthropy. Allison brings more than a decade of experience to Spavia, including time at Sola Salon Studios and Hydrate IV Bar.

Spavia's spa treatments include massage, skin care, body wraps and scrubs, waxing, tanning and more. The spa offers a membership model with three levels and customization of treatments each month. Currently, Spavia operates a network of more than 50 day spas, with locations including Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Boston and Orlando. Spavia is placing a special focus on expanding into major metropolitan areas across the United States, with an initial focus on cities within Arizona and Texas. The company has already initiated plans for the development of eight new day spas and the company plans to reach 200 locations within the next decade.
