Spa World Houston is the first Korean spa in Katy, Texas, offering modern body treatments and traditional Korean wellness, including a Korean sudatorium, Himalayan Salt Room and Far Infrared Wave Room, per Community Impact Newspaper.

The Spa opened in September 2020. It offers body treatments, massages and various saunas, including the Korean sudatorium, referred to as the Fire Dome. It is the hottest sauna at the spa and reaches temperatures of 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Other rooms include the Hot Jade Room, the Yellow Ocher Clay Rooms, the Himalayan Salt Room, the Arctic Room, the Forest Room, the Pyramid Room and the Far Infrared Wave Room. Each room offers its own holistic benefits, such as rejuvenation, relaxation and detoxification, according to Spa World’s sales and events manager, Phillip Phan.
The spa resort also offers virtual golf, karaoke and a movie theater.
