Phorest Salon Software announced the 2021 winners of its Client Experience Award. Qualifying salons and spas must have maintained an average rating between four and five stars from at least 60 online reviews for twelve consecutive months.

Winners receive an official congratulations letter, display sticker and a digital version to highlight on social media. Businesses that have won the award five years in a row are recognized with a special gold sticker.
One of the 2021 winners, Audriana Rossano, founder and owner of The Color Room in Philadelphia, says, “Phorest really helped (our business) get to the top with Google. My reviews are awesome.
