More than 100 skin care and esthetic professionals gathered for the company's first symposium, which featured in-depth sessions on a variety of essential topics, including: news and trends in skin care, best practices for retail sales and real-life insights on how to succeed as an entrepreneur in the industry.
• Microneedling and Modalities
• Glycation and its Impact on Skin
• What’s New in Acid Peels
• The Art of Extractions
• Lymphatic/Facial Massage Techniques
• Understanding Pigmentation
• RainDrop Therapy
• Marketing for Seasons and Holidays

At the symposium, attendees learned about the latest modality trends, how to work with skin of all ethnicities, and merging advanced techniques in the treatment room. The conference also provided networking opportunities and the chance to learn from leaders in the esthetics industry, including Rhonda Allison.
“We were expecting a great turn out and a highly educational event, but we didn’t anticipate was the level of camaraderie, sharing of knowledge, and friendships formed at the RA Symposium,” said Shannon Esau, director of education at Rhonda Allison Cosmeceuticals. “On the heels of a successful inaugural year, we’re looking forward to the RA Symposium 2017.”
