Your aesthetic equipment just got a little more secure: Sentient Lasers has introduced its three-year warranty program, the Blue Dot Protection Program.
The program allows customers to schedule annual maintenance checks at their convenience, with Sentient Lasers providing an onsite service specialist. Customers can still opt for the company’s previous one-year warranty, depending on the amount of money they want to spend and how long they want to have the plan.
“At Sentient, we understand that medical equipment is expensive and want to ensure that our customers are getting the most from their lasers,” said CEO Chris Cella. “We’ve always focused on putting service first—as we understand how critical it is for our customers—and that’s exactly what we’re doing with this new warranty program. We’re eager to share this new plan with our customers as we’re confident it’ll help their practice be more successful.”
