Los Angeles, CA (September 2025) – The 7th Annual Daytime Beauty Awards (DBAs) took place on Sunday, September 21st at Grand Venue in Los Angeles.

The DBAs exist to honor excellence across a wide variety of fields pertaining to health, wellness and beauty, including doctors, estheticians and nail professionals, just to name a few. The awards also benefit a chosen non-profit, which this year was the Los Angeles Mounted Police Foundation.

The DBA's highlight two important elements at this time; the first, about the ties that connect health, beauty and wellness, especially given the last one growing as a priority in the social consciousness in recent years. The second is to demonstrate where various types of professions connect, which only echoes the importance of professionals having a diverse network for trusted referrals that can support your client in every aspect of their longevity journey.

Upon arrival, guests welcomed by the the equine stars of the Los Angeles Mounted Platoon (horse girls, rejoice!)

This year's event was led by Emmy-winning and Academy Award-nominated actress Ann-Margret, who opened the show alongside Emmy-winning designer Lawrence Zarian. Guests in attendance included Tina Knowles, Jennie Garth, Denise Richards, Tiffany Haddish, Mel Rodriguez, K-Earth 101's Lisa Stanley and Emily Wolfe, among others.

Ponying Up

The Los Angeles Mounted Platoon Foundation, the DBA's charitable partner this year, supports the care, training and well-being of the LAPD’s equine partners. Beyond service, the horses provide mentorship, therapy and joy to underserved youth, first responders and communities across Los Angeles.

The DBAs exist to expand the conversation around beauty and recognize the science behind it. By using the awards to empower their charitable partners, the DBAs champion the very industries they reward: one way of taking care of ourselves is through taking care of our communities, and what's more beautiful than that?
