2. Flow Into Fall Massage & Spiced Cider Aromatherapy
Exhale Spas has created the Flow Into Fall Massage & Spiced Cider Aromatherapy. This signature massage is choreographed with waves of kneading to release muscle tension and free energy blockages. It incorporates more lymphatic drainage than a traditional deep tissue massage, resulting in greater detoxification and an enhanced immunity boost. Guests can also add a spiced cider aromatherapy oil, free of charge.

3. Naturopathica Fall Facial
The Naturopathica Fall Facial smooths, brightens and nourishes skin to diminish visible signs of aging. The 50-minute treatment begins with the glossy Manuka Honey Cleansing Balm, followed by Naturopathica’s Pumpkin Purifying Enzyme Peel 3% or 15% exfoliation, a carrot root massage topped with a Manuka Honey Mask and a closing ritual of Meditation Aromatic Alchemy. The treatment is appropriate for all skin types and can be paired with microdermabrasion or dermaplaning for deeper pigmentation.
