The spa broke records when it launched, becoming the first spa experience of its kind aboard an overnight rail journey in Britain.

It offers a signature 90 minute ritual which includes a fully immersive body and facial therapy designed to strengthen muscles and awaken energy channels. It targets areas of specific concern using a warm massage oil and a full Swedish back and leg massage with reflexology. It finishes the treatment with an abdominal massage and a facial of your choice followed by a stimulating Indian head massage for £135.

The treatments themselves are inspired by ancient wellness rituals and Ayurvedic principles and offers eco-friendly botanicals inspired by nature.

In regards to the products used, Haybarn founder Carole Bamford said, "We make all our products for the Haybarn Spa at Daylesford organic farm in the Cotswolds, using natural fragrances and ingredients. We work hard to ensure that the majority of our products are certified as organic by the Soil Association, the most rigorous testing of its kind in the United Kingdom."

"Guests can choose from de-stress and deep tissue massages, rejuvenating facials using our award-winning skincare products, as well as manicures and pedicures," said Bamford.
