Give Kids The World Village has announced the opening of the recently renovated Twinkle Hope’s Rockin’ Spa, a spa and salon for children with life-threatening illnesses.
The spa renovations were completed after a $150,000 contribution from Hasbro, In.. The new spa is designed for both boys and girls of all ages and incorporates elements from popular kid shows My Little Pony and G.I. Joe. Among some of the treatments that children can receive are hand massages, manicures, face painting and makeup treatments.
“We are so excited to offer this to our guests,” said Pamela Landwirth, GKTW president & CEO. “Our visiting wish kids can become anything they imagine at the spa, and families will be able to keep up with their exercise routine. We are so grateful to Hasbro, whose gift has given us the opportunity to create this fantastic new amenity for our guests.”
