Euphoria Retreat, a holistic destination spa inspired by Mediterranean history and culture, has opened in Mystras, Greece, reports Healing Hotels of the World.
The retreat’s personalized, holistic approach features signature treatments and experiences based on the ancient principles of Asclepia and Hippocratic medicine, along with traditional Chinese medicine and modern scientific advances.
With a design inspired by the monastic, Byzantine architecture of UNESCO National Heritage site Mystras city, Euphoria Retreat offers 45 rooms. Facilities include a fitness room; yoga and meditation hall; cold plunge pool; and a speleotherapy salt room. Among treatments offered are spa and massage therapies; five element therapies; acupuncture; and energy treatments such as reconnective and crystal healing.
