New York -- The Esti Confidential (TEC)has announced that Jaclyne Roe and Margaret Lora have joined the platform as equity partners. Roe and Lora are industry veterans and the co-founders of Wonders of Wellbeing Consulting. They bring more than 45 years of combined experience in the spa industry, business education and business development to TEC's community of independent estheticians.

The Esti Confidential was founded by Adam Ross, co-founder of Heyday Skincare, and Jenne Macchirole, a licensed esthetician with more than 15 years in the treatment room. The membership platform was developed to give estheticians access to practical tools, community, business knowledge and brand connections.

“What Jaclyne and Margaret bring to TEC is something the industry has historically kept behind a velvet rope: real business expertise from people who understand what it actually takes to run an independent practice,” said Ross. “Their relationships across spa, hospitality, and skincare open doors a solo esti could never knock on alone. That is exactly what we built TEC for, and now we get to do a lot more of it.”

Roe and Lora will contribute business education content, strategic guidance, and industry relationships to the TEC platform. They have built their reputations as the co-founders of Wonders of Wellbeing Consulting working with businesses across the wellness and spa industry, from small independent operators to globally recognized hospitality brands, They have helped operators at every level develop stronger brands, smarter sales strategies, and more sustainable business models.

"We've worked with many solo esti business owners and have seen up close where the gaps are. It’s pricing, client retention, marketing on a tight budget, the real hustle of running a small business without a big team or budget behind you," said Roe. "TEC is already solving problems nobody else is tackling at this price point. Our goal is to build on that, bringing in more business education, more brand relationships, and more of the real-world support that helps an esti go from surviving to actually growing."
