Black Girls CODE is a not-for-profit organization that introduces young women of color to skills in computer programming and technology to help embrace the current tech marketplace as builders and creators and close the opportunity gap for Black women of all ages. The organization uses in-person and online programming to help deepen their impact and train thousands of girls to lead, innovate and create in science, tech, engineering and math.

BUILD is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to use entrepreneurship to ignite the potential of youth from under-resourced communities to build career success, entrepreneurial mindsets and opportunities. The organization’s program provides the tools, hands-on experience and mentorship needed to help middle and high school students turn their ideas into successful businesses and future careers. BUILD wants to level the playing field and give every student a shot at success while embracing and enhancing unique culture through respecting, valuing and celebrating diversity, equity, and inclusion.

A representative from Ivy Beauty said in a press release, “We’re honored and grateful for the opportunity to support these organizations and be a part of their efforts to provide direct impact and improve the lives of the younger generation in underserved communities and the next generation of leaders nationwide in various industries. We have been supporting BIPOC and underserved communities, and we are proud of our consistent support action for the communities affected. We always strive to seek out opportunities that further aid in supporting economic empowerment, education, and the guarantee of civil rights for the underserved in America."
