VOYA is now offering a new Cancer Wellness Training Program as a part of VOYA's Training Academy. The program can be adapted to the full VOYA spa treatment menu including facials, wraps, massages and more.

The company believes that everyone affected by cancer deserves a safe and effective treatment within a spa environment. The therapeutic benefits of esthetic services for cancer patients and survivors has been found to be helpful to their physical and mental well-being.

‘‘Here at VOYA, we believe when someone has been touched by cancer, they should be able to have the same deep relaxing day at the spa as anyone else," said VOYA's co-founder, Mark Walton. "VOYA’s training center has worked closely with some of the leaders in cancer wellness and has designed a program to help spas integrate and adapt cancer wellness touch to all VOYA treatments. This training program educates your therapists with knowledge and confidence to help someone that has been touched by cancer.’’

VOYA will provide spa professionals with the skills and education on how to adapt treatments for clients going through cancer treatment or recovery. Trainees will have the option of becoming CIBTAC qualified, which is an internationally recognized accreditation that can be used throughout their career.

Each therapist will be educated on how to work with guests who currently are receiving chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy and immunotherapy treatments.

The training team will offer adaptable training choices for spa partners. Trainers will continue to build on online training and add the practical onsite steps a professional will need to adapt VOYA services for their own offerings.
