Etavele Day Spa, located in Sparks, Nevada, launched its United is Beautiful campaign over the Fourth of July weekend, per This is Reno.

A percentage of each transaction will go to Step 2, a residential treatment program for women through the giveback source Gratis Gives and feature United Beauty Products.

The campaign is designed to raise awareness and support women in overcoming substance abuse and family struggles.

Every person who reported their side effects also said they received these botulinum toxin injections from unlicensed or untrained individuals or in non-healthcare settings, including homes and spas.
