Florida’s Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa has gotten a major makeover—a $60 million makeover, to be exact.
Updated to reflect the aesthetic of the re-designed outdoor pool, the Spa at the Hilton Marco Island now includes 10 treatment rooms, as well as indoor and garden teak wood lounge seating around a portico-covered whirlpool. The fitness center has also been updated to feature new Precor training equipment.
The 310 guest rooms, all of which come with balconies and ocean views, have new furnishings and enlarged bathrooms with his-and-hers vanities, reports Hotel Management. They include a premier preferred collection of one-, two- and three-room suites with optional connecting rooms and spa-style bathrooms. Premier preferred may choose from seven remolded poolside rooms and a lanai suite, with patios and direct pool access and 16 new two-room suites with ocean vistas.
Dining options include The Deck at 560 Bar & Restaurant; 560 Market, a grab-and-go concept; and The Gulf Cart, for mobile snacks and beverages.
The resort features design inspired by its location in the Gulf of Mexico with soft, beachy tones and blues reminiscent of the sea, as well as a marble lobby with a crystalline lighting feature and gold coin treasures above the reception desks.
