Salon 6, located in Ionia, Michigan, has announced it is expanding its space with a wellness center, right next door.

Currently, Salon 6 offers hair services, manicures, pedicures and waxing but is expanding its portfolio to wellness as well. The wellness center, which opened March 1, 2021, includes a hot yoga/traditional yoga studio and infrared sauna, per Ionia Sentinel Standard.
The wellness center has enlisted Maryam Khoury as the yoga and fitness director. Khoury is a AAFA certified fitness instructor with a background in Yoga, PiYo, Zumba, Power Circuit, personal and group fitness.
Salon 6 will also be introducing additional wellness services such as massages, full body hair removal and skin care as the business grows into the new space.
