Emma Pridding has joined the board for the UK Spa Association (UKSA).
Pridding, who serves as revenue manager of The Spa at Carden in Cheshire, brings more than 20 years of hospital industry experience to the role. According to Beauty and Hairdressing, Pridding will work as part of UKSA’s benchmarking team, and will be tasked with setting the key performance indicators used in the benchmarking process to help evaluate the success of an organization compared to the wider industry.
“I am delighted to be part of an organization that is committed to growing and supporting the spa industry –and joining the UK Spa Association Board is an exciting opportunity for both the industry and Carden Park,” Pridding told the publication. “I also look forward to encouraging more industry operators to use the Benchmarking service as it's a fantastic resource. It goes without saying—the more people who contribute, the more data there is available and more valuable it will be to us all.”
