Microbiome diversity can be addressed with mineral supplements for gut support, face and body spritzes, and even nasal sprays for sinus support.
Self-care for the ears was also on full display, including ear candles, ear cleaners and organic ear oil.
Ayurvedic principles focus on the interconnectedness of life and heart-centered consciousness. Alchemical superfoods, elixirs and other products target the seven chakras.
2. Eco-Friendly Solutions

Supplements are still booming, especially when it comes to natural minerals, vitamins and herbs.
Some can help women with specific needs like sleep, mood, skin, energy and stress. They combine specific herbs, cannabinoids and adaptogens that help achieve the desired outcome and also help with hormonal balancing.
Natural minerals like herbal calcium can provide immune-boosting and organ-specific support for effective natural healing, and there are even options for kids' wellness, including probiotics, immune core essentials, herbals and more.
