In a time where the market for noninvasive treatments is growing and the aesthetics industry's regulatory landscape is growing more fraught, comes SomaCell’s noninvasive facelift for all skin types and tones. SomaCell accomplishes this is by foregoing heat and the process of wounding the skin. It relies instead on acoustic waves to penetrate deep into the skin’s connective tissue to stimulate collagen production, improve blood flow and promote cell turnover. SomaCell’s approach to triggering skin’s natural rejuvenating process means that clients will have the reduced appearance of wrinkles, increased elasticity and a more even skin tone. SomaCell is a Class I device and is FDA-cleared, so estheticians don’t need to worry about navigating tricky regulations to use the device for face and body rejuvenation.

For optimal results, clients should use SomaCell once a week for six weeks, and clients need not worry about an intensive, expensive nor product-specific home or aftercare regimen to ensure results. Unlike other methods, like lasers or microneedling, clients can wear makeup immediately after a session with SomaCell, they don’t need to avoid the sun and they can feel at with a chemical free sunscreen. No downtime means that clients can pursue tighter, lifted skin without disrupting their day-to-day.

SomaCell’s noninvasive facelift works as a stand-alone treatment but can work in tandem with other procedures without the worry of adverse reactions. For clients who are also undergoing more invasive aesthetic procedures, estheticians can coordinate with plastic surgeons to better understand when SomaCell can be used again and how SomaCell can potentially aid in the post-procedure healing process. Once a client heals and with the surgeon’s okay, clients can then resume their regular SomaCell treatments. SomaCell also plays nice with other common aesthetic procedures, like hydrafacial treatments, microneedling, neurotoxin procedures and fillers. For clients who get fillers, Kim Laudati, SomaCell’s founder and CEO, recommends undergoing SomaCell treatments first for a more natural-looking fit.
