Lynnette Cole has been promoted to Senior Director of Education and Consumer Engagement at Astral Health & Beauty. In this newly created role, Cole will continue working directly with the PÜR brand team, while also supporting the COSMEDIX education team's growth of these brands around the globe.
Cole started with the PÜR brand more than 15 years ago, and during that time she worked as an in-store artist, account executive, regional education manager, education director and TV spokesperson. Several years ago, Lynnette took advantage of Astral’s educational assistance program and went back to school to receive her esthetics license, which prepared her for this next journey with Astral.
In this new position, Cole will provide education tools, training and support for the brand's professional artists, beauty advisors and trainers. Cole also will create and develop training curriculum, product training materials, instructing videos and hosting master classes and events.
