On June 9, 2025, IFF announced the appointment of Virginia Drosos to its board of directors, effective June 16.
Drosos most recently served as the chief executive officer and director of Signet Jewelers from August 2017 to November 2024. She also spent 25 years at Procter & Gamble, where she served as group president of global beauty, skin, cosmetics and personal care. Currently, she works as a director of Foot Locker and the United States Golf Association.
