The Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, a boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, has unveiled a new spa room, making this the first time the hotel has a dedicated wellness space, offering a private setting for guests to take time to refresh and rejuvenate with a massage.
Additionally, there is a retail space with products by Tiempo Lento, a locally female-owned skin care brand featuring bath salts with essential oils, lavender-filled linen eye pillows, essential oil rollers and more.
The new spa menu includes:
- Swedish Massage: The therapist will use a combination of gliding and kneading strokes to release muscular stress and overall physical tension.
- Deep Tissue Massage: Targets persistent muscle discomfort in the deeper layers of muscles, tendons and fascia, releasing painful knots and reducing aches and pains.
- Prenatal Massage: Eases the discomfort of pregnancy for moms-to-be. The specially trained therapist will use a combination of techniques aimed at easing pelvic and back pain, reducing swelling and enhancing overall well-being.
- Sports Massage: Combines deep tissue and assisted stretching for guests who want to decrease muscle soreness, improve flexibility and increase range of motion—not just for athletes!
