2. Autumn Aromas Treatments

Gaylord Hotels' Relâche Spa is offering seasonal Autumn Aromas. Offerings vary at each resort location, and examples include:

  • Chocolate Mocha Indulgence at Gaylord Rockies in Colorado, a detoxifying treatment that starts with a coffee exfoliation to stimulate circulation, followed by a full body stone massage while the hands are wrapped in melted Chocolate Paraffin and a warming scalp massage.
  • A Mocha Facial and Perfectly Paired Pumpkin Spice Manicure, also at The Gaylord Rockies
  • A Pumpkin Spice Massage, Harvest Indulgence Pedicure and Autumn Infused Facial at Gaylord Opryland.

3. Divine Wine Body Ritual

Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Resort in Tuscany, is offering a Divine Wine Body Ritual spa treatment. The body ritual begins by refreshing the skin and reactivating microcirculation with an exfoliating grape gel steeped in a perfumed pomace oil. A regenerating massage with nourishing body butter follows to smooth and soften the skin, remove stress and relax muscles. The ritual ends with a glass of Brunello di Montalcino wine and a small plate of classic Tuscan delicacies.

4. Spiced Cider Scalp Massage

This scalp massage from ESS Aromatherapy and Universal Companies is a fall enhancement for any esthetic service. The treatment should be performed during the mask phase of a facial, while the client is deeply relaxed. Argan oil adds moisture and also serves as the carrier base for the pure essential oils.

An argan hair oil is combined with sweet orange and cinnamon leaf essential oils and slowly massaged into the guest's hair to stimulate circulation and allow the oils to absorb. The blend is then massaged deeper around the temples and base of the skull, and then down to the neck and shoulders.

5. Octoba Yoga Programming

BodyHoliday St. Lucia has partnered with yoga studio Y7 to lead a retreat in honor of the resort's Octoba Yoga programming. BodyHoliday will become a month-long yoga retreat, offering limitless lessons ranging from all practices, as well as a dedicated menu of yogic foods and teas, and an array of massage and therapeutic treatments at The Wellness Center. The Y7 program will consist of morning We Flow Hard Vinyasa classics, intention ceremonies and workshops.
