[TURIN, Italy] December 1, 2025Lancôme, synonymous with "French beauty" for more than 90 years, marks this anniversary with “Les Exceptionnels”.

The current state of French beauty doesn't look so different from trends we see in the U.S., as consumers continue to prioritize proven results. Where Europe differs is in the more stringent regulations when it comes to deciding what's safe to put in products. The longevity of a brand like Lancôme becomes even more impressive when you look back on the long-shifting threads comprising the fabric of the global beauty market.

Les Exceptionnels de Lancôme

More than a collection of products, “Les Exceptionnels” is a limited-edition curated experience, an homage to heritage and a celebration of artistry and design, featuring some of their most popular and beloved creations to date: Absolue Longevity The Soft Cream, Absolu Rouge lipstick and, last but not least, La vie est belle Eau de Parfum.

This exclusive collection comes to life through an unprecedented collaboration with Pininfarina, the iconic Italian design house renowned for its timeless beauty and rich legacy in crafting sculptural, emotionally resonant forms.

The Absolue Longevity Soft cream gives a nod to the very first incarnation of Absolue skin cream, which debuted in 1965 with a jar crafted in ceramic. The Absolu Rouge lipstick becomes a jewel-like object, adorned in Versailles 23.5 carat gold.

At the intersection of luxury, craftsmanship and innovative design, all pieces feature precious materials carefully mastered by three renowned French savoir-faire Maisons—Lalique, sculptor of light, Bernardaud, porcelain of royals and Ateliers Godard, the gilders of the Palace of Versailles—come together for Lancôme, elevating three beauty icons to true Objets d’Art.
