This unique service is perfect not only as spa therapy in a facial or by itself, but also as a postoperative tool to promote healing and diminish edema at a Medical Spa. MLD is a slow and gentle pulsing and rhythmic massage technique for the face that helps to release and drain the lymphatic system, resulting in detoxification and improved circulation. It has many benefits for the skin as well as general health. This course teaches the proper and most effective MLD techniques based on the anatomy of the face and different client needs. Hands-on demonstrations and practice are an important part of the class to ensure understanding and method. The Massachusetts State Board of Cosmetology approves all courses. Upon completion of a course, a certificate will be provided to the student, and a report will be forwarded to the State Board. Tuition: $125.00
