Board-Certified Dermatologist Dr. Sabrina Fabi and Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Steven Dayan have developed XOMD Skincare with a focus on ingredients and a streamlined skin care routine that can improve skin quality.  XOMD's goal is to provide smarter, simpler skincare, and a shift away from complicated skin care routines.

"As physicians, we treat patients with compromised skin every day,” says Dr. Fabi. “Whether it’s post-laser, post-peel, or after surgery, the skin barrier can be extremely vulnerable, and even small formulation decisions matter. Our goal was to create products we could confidently use on our own patients when their skin needs the most support. And if a formula doesn’t elevate the routine or serve a real purpose for patients, it simply doesn’t belong in the line.”

Dayan and Fabi put their skin care in the neurocosmetics category, which explores the link between skin biology and social wellbeing. XOMD Skincare has three formulas, a cleanser (Detox), serum (Intoxicate) and moisturizer (Arouse). Detox can be used in the morning as the first step in the skin care routine, and at night to cleanse and purify the skin. Intoxicate refines skin tone, enhances radiance and soothes redness. Arouse is the final step in the routine and provides deep nourishment, with the goal of replenishing moisture, enhancing luminosity and supporting skin barrier function.

“In aesthetics, we often see that when skin looks healthier, confidence naturally follows,” Dayan said. “When people feel good about their skin, they show up differently… they feel more comfortable, more confident, and more connected. Being able to help our patients experience not just the visible benefits of skincare, but the emotional impact of truly feeling like their best selves, is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.”
