Phaedra Williams is professional makeup artist and licensed esthetician. For 20 years she has worked as a beauty and eyebrow expert, from owning her own brow studio to creating her own line of cosmetics. She owned and operated her Los Angeles-based Eyebrow and Makeup studio, Phaedra Brow & Beauty from 2001 to 2011. With celebrity clients such as Toni Braxton and Laila Ali, it was no surprise that Phaedra has been called “The Eyebrow Artist To The Stars." Phaedra's extensive eyebrow experience and talent also landed her to work for Anastasia Beverly Hills, as their cosmetics coordinator. She would travel to department stores to train and coach eyebrow artists different brow shapes and techniques. Phaedra is passionate about paying it forward and is excited to teach and train the art of eyebrow extensions.
