This 90-minute accredited online training course is designed to present the basics of color with regard to its use in decorative cosmetics. Discussion will include the fundamentals of color basics and the general process of selection of color for decorative cosmetics. International color regulations will also be discussed with emphasis on the US, European and Japanese requirements, including recent developments in these markets. This is a 2-part series.
